Certificate from the educational establishment with an indication of school results and absences from the last year;
Proof of enrollment in the intended academic year at a public school/university in Portugal.
Household income tax (previous year);
Letter of recommendation (from who identifies/references the situation: teacher, social worker or other);
Motivation letter (from yourself).
